Sokol Sinomati has been released in Italy, but will be investigated at large. Italian justice has sentenced Sokol Sinomati to 12 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "criminal organization" and "illegal clandestine trafficking".
Known as 'the pig', Sinomati is the father of the young Gëzim Sinomati, who was executed by sniper in January in Vlora.
Sokol Sinomanti, otherwise known by the nickname 'Buzderr', former member of the Gaxhai gang during the 1997 riots, left Albania in 2017, was in prison, after his arrest in 2021 in Belgium, on drug charges . At the end of 2022, he was extradited to Tirana, for an event in 2002 in Skela, where Elton Tato was killed and Robert Boraku was injured.
How Sokol Sinomati escaped from prison
Sokol Sinamati, who is known in Vlora and with the nickname "buzederri", turns out to have escaped from Peqin prison in 2017, where he was serving a sentence for murder. It is suspected that Sokol Sinomati received permission to leave the prison for a few days, and then, under circumstances that are still unclear, he left Albania. After escaping justice, but not the enemies who killed his 22-year-old son last night, Sokol Sinomati was declared wanted on September 12, 2017.
Immediately after his release from the cell, Sokol Sinomati took his brother Bernard and his then teenage son and left Albania. They allegedly settled in the Belgian state, from which the murdered 22-year-old returned just a few days ago to celebrate the New Year holidays. Sokol Sinomati was serving his sentence in Peqin prison for the murder of the citizen Elton Tato, as well as the wounding of Robert Borak, which happened in 2002.
