On Tuesday afternoon, a 30-year-old man identified as RP notified the Operations Room of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate that during a brief conflict, he was threatened with a firearm by a citizen.
Upon receiving the notification, the Police services immediately went to the scene.
Following these actions, it was possible to identify and declare the suspected perpetrator, citizen Gj. S., 33 years old, wanted.
Police services continue their work to capture him.
The investigative group, led by the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case.
