The court has ordered a 20-day prison sentence for Jetnor Zhaboli, who imprisoned his mother, wife and minor children at home.
During his testimony in court he said he feared for them and isolated them to take care of his family.
"I did it to take care of my family because I was afraid for them", he said .
Jetnor Zhaboli, an economist by profession, had installed cameras to monitor whether they went out or not.
From the conducted investigations, it was found that the head of the family, Jetnor Zhaboli, every time he left the apartment, monitored them with cameras and blocked the phone waves, not allowing them to communicate with any person. From the beginning of the relationship, he was jealous and controlling, but over time he became even more so.
He had installed cameras in every corner of the apartment, even in the bedroom and the bathroom, and monitored them from his mobile phone when he was not in the apartment. He had installed a jammer so that family members could not make unscreened calls.
This lifestyle had caused stress to his wife who had attempted suicide. In the apartment, the police found two letters that the woman had written to her family, saying goodbye and asking for forgiveness.
This violence was also experienced by his mother, who was powerless to oppose her son and protect her daughter-in-law and granddaughter.
