
A group of Albanians of 7 people has been sentenced to a total of 50 years in prison for robbery in Britain.
Some of the members were caught robbing a house in Peterborough on August 4 last year, dressed as police officers.
The Albanian robbers were identified as Olsi Cakoni, Florin Doci, Tom Dodaj, Malesio Gjonaj and another still unidentified. While wearing police uniforms, they were armed with firearms, hammers and crowbars.
They were seen leaving the flat with a large bag of cash believed to also contain class A drugs.
Two girls are also involved. The investigations revealed that Arjada Lleshi, the girlfriend of one of the arrested, was caught late that evening, ready to fly to Albania with 12 thousand pounds with her.
The second daughter, Aurela Marcu, was found to have been part of the surveillance and planning of the robbery, including purchasing the police uniform. She was arrested along with her partner, Madion Gjonaj, at his home in Broomfield Avenue, Enfield, Greater London, on October 6.
Both girls were found guilty of conspiracy to commit theft, while Madion Gjonaj also pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine.

Madion Gjonaj, 28 years old, imprisoned for 11 and a half years
Florin Doci, 26 years old, imprisoned for nine years and four months
Malesio Gjonaj, imprisoned for nine years

Tomas Dodaj, imprisoned for nine years

Olsi Cakoni, imprisoned for nine years

Aurela Marku, 26 years old, imprisoned for two years

Arjada Lleshi, 33 years old, imprisoned for 20 months
