The court has left the 19 people arrested in the framework of the coded operation "Tempulli 3" in prison.
Specifically, the following citizens were left in prison: Kevi Hida, Durim Kurti, Orterio Vila, Hamza Firi, Florjan Gjuta, Vasjan Xhaferllari, Armando Xheladini, Osman Idrizi, Ledio Koçi, Mariglen Kushe, Kevin Hoxha, Rezart Maqellara, Matias Selmani, Ramazan Shima, Denis Guci, Rudina Dajlani (Sopoti), Elvira Bushaj, Ardi Shehu, Brisea Kallushi.
The director of the Tirana Police, Tonin Vocaj, in his statement given the day before, said that during the operation, a quantity of cannabis, doses, money, 5 cars and several phones were seized.

The Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, in implementation of the measures defined in the school security package and the priority of the State Police, in order to guarantee an environment as safe as possible for students and to prevent negative phenomena in the future, has developed checks and operations to hit the elements and criminal groups that try to develop the criminal activity in which young people participate.
The Narcotics Investigation Sector of the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, following the consecutive operations developed for the prevention, identification and suppression of criminal activity in the field of narcotics, and following the two nationwide mega-operations "Tempulli 1" and "Tempulli 2" , referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which registered 2 criminal proceedings in 2024.
After a quarterly investigation carried out with special methods of investigation by the Narcotics Investigation specialists of the Tirana Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, legal evidence was provided to document the criminal activity of 24 citizens.
On the basis of the evidence obtained during the investigation, the second phase of the "Temple 3" operation was organized and finalized, in the framework of which the security measure "Arrest in prison", granted by the Court of First Instance of the Jurisdiction, was executed. of General Tirana for 19 citizens, as well as the work continues for the capture of 5 other citizens who are being pursued with search measures.
During the operation, 19 citizens were arrested against whom the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has assigned the measure of personal security "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", specifically:
KH, 26 years old, DK, 39 years old, OV, 21 years old, HF, 20 years old, F. Gj., 32 years old, V. Xh., 42 years old, A. Xh., 52 years old, OI, 62 years old, LK , 26 years old, MK, 32 years old, KH, 24 years old, RM, 25 years old, MS, 18 years old, R. Sh., 33 years old, DG, 21 years old, RD (S.), 52 years old, EB, 37 years old , A. Sh., 33 years old, BK, 34 years old (previously arrested during the investigation).
Among the persons for whom the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana has imposed a security measure, is the citizen A. Xh., alias AT, alias JC, 52 years old, resident in Tirana, who was arrested in May of this year, for the criminal offense "Deliberate murder", committed in cooperation, for an event that occurred in the Greek state.
Giithashtu is working on locating and arresting 5 other citizens.
During the operation, the following were seized as material evidence:
➢ 1.2 kilograms of suspected narcotic cocaine;
➢ hundreds of doses of suspected narcotics heroin and cannabis;
➢ 12 cell phones;
➢ 5 vehicles;
➢ significant sums of money in Lek and other currencies, suspected to have benefited from the sale of narcotics.
The investigations showed that these citizens distributed narcotics near schools and in other places frequented by young people, in different areas of Tirana.
The Narcotics Investigation Specialists of the DVP Tirana, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Tirana, continue the investigative actions for the complete documentation of this criminal activity and for the identification and legal responsibility of the other citizens involved .
In the framework of the excellent cooperation between the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana and the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, I take the opportunity to thank the prosecutors Mr. Drini Pali and Mr. Adriano Dyrmishi, as well as the head of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, Mr. Arens Cela, for the direction, coordination and support for the successful completion of the two procedures of the second phase of the "Temple 3" mega-operation.
At the same time, the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police thanks the citizens, for the numerous information given about this criminal activity, which were important for the initiation of the investigations.
