"Secret Cat", the German app that tracks Albanian Police phones

For nearly a month, Albanian Police officers, especially those at management levels and those with access to secret or classified information, have been asked to download a German app.

According to weblajm.com, the application currently being used by the State Police forces is "StashCat".

This app is available for Android and iOS, while communications from WhatsApp have been moved to StashCat.

A short time ago, Albanian officers were asked to fill out a form to declare whether or not they had used SlyEcc.

All forms were submitted blank, while the latest SPAK operation showed that Sky ECC was massively used in the police.

As a result, two police station chiefs were arrested, while two others were declared wanted.

All four of these officers turned out to have lied about using SkyEcc.

Sky was a secret app with an untraceable phone and pin, with an internal order the police asked officers to download StashCat and communicate there officially.
