Coggins brothers do not accept Albanians in their territory; "The city is mine or I die," writes the drug boss in messages decrypted by EncroChat

In Britain, it is considered one of the most dangerous drug groups; the “Huyton Firm” is run by the Coggins brothers and controls the city of Liverpool with an iron fist. But unlike the rest of England, this city remains “elusive” for the Albanian mafia, which has conquered almost the entire cocaine market in Great Britain.
This fact is confirmed by an investigation published by MailOnline, which publishes decrypted messages from EncroChat between two well-known crime figures in England; brothers Vincent and Francis Coggins.
The intercepted conversations involve a young Albanian man based in Marbella, who had offered to bring drugs from Cartagena, Colombia, for $5,500 per load and invest £100,000 in the Huyton Firm network. But Francis Coggins was adamant: “We’re not interested in Spain, but I’ll pass it on to someone in Scouse.”
Vincent further describes the situation with concern: “The Scouse are in touch with some ‘albos’ (Albanians) who want to get their stuff in, but they always raise questions about liability if something goes wrong, all of which is scaring our people .” The fear of Albanian involvement in the local drug market is clear.
In another message, Francis admits: "It's hard work with Albanians, so I said no, but put them in touch with someone else."
In one of his strongest messages, Francis sums up his criminal philosophy with a simple and threatening sentence:
“The city is mine or I die.”
This is the reality that lurks in the port city, a silent war for drug control, where Albanians are currently not wanted. Merseyside remains the last bastion where the Albanian mafia has not been able to establish dominance, unlike the rest of Britain, where according to the National Crime Agency (NCA), Albanians have considerable control over the cocaine trade. /Pamphlet
