Dhe se Aurel Hoxha nuk ka nevojë t’i tregojë atij emrin e personit që qëndron i shtrirë në tokë. Çka lë të kuptohet që bashkëbiseduesi ka dijeni për planin e Aurel Hoxhës për të vrarë Klevis Lleshin.

‘Ça bëre ti vëlla. Si kalove?
E di që të bëhet qejfi, prandaj po ta çoj këtë foto. Deri tani shyqyr, mashallah. Unë të drejtën time po kërkoj. Zoti para dhe ne mbrapa…’ Po në të njëjtën ditë pasi ka biseduar fillimisht më dy personat e paidentifikuar, Aurel Hoxha bisedon po kështu me Tori Xheçukën.
Ku këtu për herë të parë identifikon edhe personin e vrarë në foto. Aurel Hoxha që i thotë Tori Xheçukaj, se personi në foto është djali i Xhavitit. Duke iu referuar kësisoj Klevis Lleshit. Ndërkohë që të gjitha këto biseda zhvillohen gjatë kohës kur familja e Klevisit nuk e dinte ende që djali i tyre është zhdukur.
Kjo pasi këto komunikime ndodhin vetëm një orë nga koha e vrasjes së tij. Dhe fotoja mesa kuptohet është dërguar nga vrasësi i tij si një dëshmi e punës së kryer me sukses.

Aurel Hoxha bisedon me Tori Xheçukën. Ai i dërgon atij foton e një personi të shtrirë në tokë, duke i thënë se është djali i Xhavitit.
Hoxha e informon Xheçukën se ai vetë ka ikur në Stamboll dhe se vrasjen nuk e ka bërë ai, por e ka bërë kushëriri i Saimirit. Vrasës të cilit ai i drejrohet me emrin Sabi.
‘Iku dhe një vëlla. Hahaha. Djali i Xhavitit. Ti marr pushimet njëherë vëlla. Edhe vetë ika në Stamboll.
Ky është pikërisht edhe momenti kur Aurel Hoxha jep dhe detajet e para se si ishte kryer vrasja e Klevis Lleshit. Ku fillimisht ai thotë se kishin menduar ta vrisnin te pallati i tij, por më pas ishin tërhequr nga ky mendim.
Pasi kishin frikë se plani do të dekonspirohej. Për këtë arsye po sipas tij vrasësi e kishte marrë Klevisin në makinë, dhe po aty e kishte qëlluar. Vrasës që deri në këtë moment njihej me emrin e shkurtuar Sabi dhe që është kushëri me Saimirin. Personi që i kërkonte 50 mijë euro për të mbaruar punën. Saimiri që po kështu është kushëri nga ana e babait me Aurel Hoxhën.

Aurel Hoxha vazhdon bisedën me Tori Xheçukën.
‘Nuk e bëra vetë. E bëri ai kushoja i Sajmirit. Se e patën lënë ta bëjmë te pallati, po u merrte vesh. Po ky e paska marrë në makinë dhe e paska mbaruar atë punë. Ai i vogli. Po ai Sabi.’
Sipas të dhënave të siguruara nga sistemi TIMS, Aurel Hoxha del se u kthye në Shqipëri nga Stambolli nëpërmjet pikës së Rinasit, më datë 7 Gusht, vetëm 2 ditë pasi Klevis Lleshi ishte raportuar i zhdukur nga familja e tij.
