A serious incident has been recorded in Tirana, where a 16-year-old girl attempted to harm herself in a severe emotional state, after being threatened by her ex-boyfriend, who is in prison.
Preliminary investigations suspect that Llanaj, together with a still unidentified person, stalked the minor, who experienced a severe psychological condition and slightly injured herself with a cutting tool.
Official police sources reported that the minor, while reporting the case, in a serious psychological state, attempted to harm herself with a cutting tool and also raped the police officer at the premises of Police Station No. 5 in Tirana.
It is learned that 46-year-old Jetmir Llanaj stalked the 16-year-old in July and then began stalking another citizen. Meanwhile, the 16-year-old went with her parent and filed a police report for both cases.
Llanaj has currently been in prison since March 6, after being arrested by Lezha police and accused of being part of a group of 5 people who imposed fines on businesses.
According to police, Llanaj used 2 minors and 2 other people to send to businesses, delivering his threatening messages for unjust financial gain. He is now accused by police of also stalking the 16-year-old.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 5 referred additional materials to the Prosecutor's Office for citizen J. Ll. (currently in the Penitentiary Institution), as well as referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office for a 16-year-old girl, as it is suspected that citizen J. Ll. and another citizen have persecuted the minor, who in a serious psychological state, has slightly injured herself with a cutting tool, and has hit the Police employee, when she was giving a statement about the case. Work is underway to identify and capture the other citizen who is suspected of having persecuted the minor, as well as to fully clarify the circumstances of the case", the police announced .
