From the analysis of the conversations in the SkyECC application, it has emerged that Tori Xhečuka alias Hektor Xhečuka had the role of organizer and executor of the failed assassination attempt on Durim Bami on November 4, 2020 near Tapiza Bridge in Krujë Kruje.
