Tori Xhečuka alias Hektor Xhečuka, a well-known name in the world of crime, has been declared wanted by the police for kidnapping and then threatening to give away property to a 35-year-old man in Tirana.
However, the 36-year-old, involved in several criminal events, was announced after a police mega-operation, by order of SPAK, which took place on May 17 and 18, 2024.
From the analysis of the conversations in the SkyECC application, it has emerged that Tori Xhečuka alias Hektor Xhečuka had the role of organizer and executor of the failed assassination attempt on Durim Bami on November 4, 2020 near Tapiza Bridge in Krujë Kruje.
The incident happened around 3:00 p.m. where a Golf type vehicle was fired at the Range Rover with Italian license plates in which their target Durim Bami was traveling.
The latter was the driver of the luxury vehicle, while the passenger was his aunt's son, Ervin Kodra. Durim Bami escaped the gunshots, while his cousin Ervin Kodra was injured.
The failed assassination attempt on Durim Bami, according to SPAK's investigations, was made for the account of the gambling boss, Ervis Martinaj, who allegedly ordered and financed the murder of Durim Bami as well as his brother, Valter Bami, but not achieve the goal.
