The four arrested took the 35-year-old hostage, who, according to the police, threatened him and demanded money.
In connection with this event, four arrest warrants were issued for Tori Xhečuka alias Hektor Xhečuka, Aleksander Osmani, Artan Pirraci and Fredi Keta, as they are accused of taking a 35-year-old hostage with the purpose of threatening to take money from him.
Meanwhile, under the security measure "House Arrest", Naim Qarri, Sajmir Kolaveri and Adem Metkola have been left.
"From the investigative actions, it has emerged that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, have deprived a 35-year-old man of his freedom, and have threatened him to give away property," announced the police.
