The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime has carried out a mega-operation in three cities of the country after several arrest warrants have been signed following the statements of the repentant justices, as well as based on the communications on Sky Ecc.
The operation is a continuation of the "Golden Bullet" , after several murders in several cities of the country, including Elbasan, have been revealed. Meanwhile, among the people who have been signed arrest warrants, there are also police officers and former justice officials.
A security measure has also been issued for the much-wanted Talo Çela .

Talo Çela, a sensational name in crime in the country, is wanted internationally after the Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Murder of a police officer" committed in cooperation, remaining in the attempt, "Theft with a weapon committed in cooperation", within the framework of the structured criminal group and "Murder with premeditation, committed in cooperation".
Çela is the suspected author of the incident on April 9, 2019, which took place on the runway of the "Mother Teresa" airport, in Rinas, Tirana, where masked persons, under the threat of firearms, managed to steal a significant amount of monetary values which were being loaded onto the plane and then during the exchange of fire with the Police, one of the main perpetrators of this incident was killed.

Earlier it was reported that as part of this mega-operation, house arrest was issued for former judge Pajtime Fetahu and the deputy director of Bradashesh prison, Martin Musaj.
