A serious incident occurred in Vlora, where a 40-year-old man had sexual intercourse with a minor, only 15 years old. RR is accused of having had sexual intercourse with the minor and her two friends, also teenagers, in collaboration with his friend, the 33-year-old man identified so far with the initials FQ.
Although he claims that the minor girl had sex with her full consent, he has been placed in custody and is facing charges of: "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Encouraging drug use"; while criminal proceedings have been initiated against the 33-year-old for the criminal offense of "Encouraging drug use".
The serious incident was discovered after the mother of the minor girl filed a complaint at the Vlora Police Station that her daughter had been sexually abused by a person older than the 15-year-old.
She based her complaint on the confession her daughter had made to her in a serious emotional state.
Although emotionally burdened, the minor revealed that she went with the 40-year-old to a hotel, emphasizing that it was her own choice.
The minor had reportedly been communicating with him on social media for some time and not only. The minor also claimed that the 40-year-old had asked the 15-year-old to take her two friends with her, who had agreed to go with the boys to the hotel.
Initially, the 5 of them consumed cocaine-type narcotics and then, Rakipaj separated from the group with one of the girls.
Meanwhile, his friend stayed with the other two girls, also consuming cocaine, but it has been confirmed that he did not have intimate relations with any of them.
During his interrogation, he initially denied being part of the group, but later, after being confronted with evidence, he revealed the full dynamics of the incident. He stated that he had been in contact with one of the underage girls for a long time.
