A 42-year-old doctor from Kosovo, named Behar Kamberi, was recently arrested by Albanian police on charges of stalking sports moderator Albana Bejko.
Kamberi is suspected of constantly following the moderator, repeatedly appearing near her apartment, which has caused her deep concern.
It is learned that the moderator collaborated with the police to organize a meeting in an area of Tirana, where the doctor was invited to appear. The moment he arrived at the designated location, officers from Police Station No. 2 intervened and arrested him.
Behar Kamberi is currently in detention at the "Mine Peza" prison, facing charges of the criminal offense of persecution.
The police have not yet issued an official statement on the case, while investigations continue to fully clarify the circumstances.
