The 19-year-old man was arrested in Tirana for taking a hostage and raping the kiosk employee with 3 others

The Tirana police have also arrested 19-year-old Hajri Pulaken, wanted for an incident that happened in May.

Pulaka together with three others, who were arrested earlier, raped and took hostage an employee at the kiosks that were located in "Skënderbej" square.

On May 20, Denis Baxhaku, Ermand Hoxha and Teo Kolemiço, kiosk managers, were arrested. The violence against the waiter came because the young people suspected him of stealing from them.
