The police have arrested one of the perpetrators of the injury of Sidi Velaj in Orikum, in collaboration with citizen Qerim. Belloj incident occurred in January of this year.
The Vlora Court has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on the 36-year-old, for the criminal offenses "Murder under qualifying circumstances", committed in collaboration and remaining an attempt, as well as "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
"The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person executed the Prosecutor's order for the wanted citizen EB, 36 years old, resident of Orikum, after the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Vlora has assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder under qualifying circumstances", committed in collaboration and remaining in the attempt, as well as "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
"This citizen, in collaboration with citizen QB, on 26.01.2025, in Orikum, fired a gun at several people who were in a bar, where as a result citizen S. V was injured," the police statement states.
