Tafani says that during the month of September-October 2022, Lulzim Arapo, Laert Haxhiu and Artan Tafani were in Tirana, where Laerti gave them an order to put tritol in the apartment of a person who, according to Laerti, had sheltered and helped Sajmo Xheli , whom Laertes had an enemy for belonging to the rival group of Aldo Bares.
