A 28-year-old man was arrested in Lezha, after he was wanted for drugs from Spain.
Kristo Biba has been arrested by the Albanian police with the aim of extraditing him to Spain. According to the police, this person is accused by Spanish authorities of drug trafficking.
The Court of Tarragona, Spain, with the decision dated 28.05.2024, assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Trafficking of narcotics", provided by the Criminal Code of Spain.

Accused by the Spanish authorities of narcotics trafficking, the 28-year-old was caught in Lezha and arrested with the intention of extradition to Spain.
