Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani went to the Shkodra Court today for a security measure in connection with the charges of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, "Threat", committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that Sakica and Troshani were involved in the conflict that occurred over a parking space, on 03.06.2024, on "Pogej" street, during which a person was physically attacked with hard objects.
We recall that after several months of searching, Sakica and Troshani decided to surrender themselves to the police authorities in Shkodra, accompanied by their lawyer.
The Shkodra Court will today reassess the measure of arrest in absentia for the event of June 3, 2024, while the police suspect that they also played a role in the assassination that occurred in the Dobrac area, on the Shkodra-Koplik road, on October 30, where unidentified persons opened fire on a vehicle with Croatian license plates.
Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, was executed on the spot, while Arlind Bushati, the son of former DP mayoral candidate Xhemal Bushati, died a few hours after the event in Shkodra hospital.
Passerby Flutura Basha, who was riding a motorcycle with her husband, Bashkim Basha, was also killed in the attack. The husband died three days later in hospital.
The perpetrators of the assassination are suspected of approaching the car carrying Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, opening fire with a barrage of bullets for about 150 meters in motion.
Three assassins are suspected, two in the role of the executioner and one in driving the vehicle.
According to the police, there are suspicions that Sakica and Troshani also participated in this assassination, but their exact role in the incident and whether there is convincing evidence or not is still unknown.
