SPAK sent Laert Haxhiu's group to trial, bringing charges against 9 people. For Laertes himself the file is separated.
Among the criminal offenses for which they are accused are 4 murders, 1 attempted murder and 5 destruction of property with explosives and 2 armed robberies. One of the episodes for which the defendants are accused is the explosion at the rapper Noizy's bar in Durrës, an event that occurred on June 8, 2022.
The defendants are also accused of the murder of Çajup Selim on June 1, 2021 in Tepelena; of Fridman Xhaferraj on June 2, 2021 in Korça, Alban Semaku in Peqin on October 17, 2021 and Albi Bashali in Peqin on December 27, 2021.
Haxhiu is accused of being the mastermind of the 15-member gang and is accused of at least nine murders, including two executions in Athens. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the "Lushnja Massacre", where two people, Zamir Latifi and Jurgen Hoxha, were killed, while several others were injured.

Directed and organized by Laert Haxhiu, his criminal group undertook concrete criminal acts to kill people he thought were members of Aldo Bare's criminal group, whom he believed to have been involved in the murder of his cousin . The criminal acts of this structured group did not only target the life and health of the alleged opponents, but also the destruction of their property as well as acts of theft of property with the use of weapons. In addition to the murders of Çajup Selim and Albi (Dijonist) Bashali, all the other aforementioned crimes were organized, postponed and executed as a sign of revenge and for the same motives , "SPAK said.
