Mandarina Çela, who was raped by 41-year-old Ilir Çami in the middle of the street in Korçë, has confessed the serious incident, while denying that she had a love affair with him, or that she did not take money from him.

"I pushed him and the knife fell to the ground. He laid me down and got on top of me to stab me. There were many people on the street, but no one was stepping in to help me. When the knife was in my hands, a man comes and saves me. I lost consciousness and was referred to the hospital.
The day he committed the crime, he wanted to kill me, there were all those people around... he just looked up and looked down.
