The police of Maliqi have reacted to the serious incident discovered today, where a 43-year-old man was declared wanted after allegedly sexually abusing a minor.
The police informs that the procedural actions with the minor were carried out in the presence of the psychologist, the parent and the legal representative.
" Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Malik Police Station, as a result of the investigative actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Korça, declared the citizen wanted:
E. Sh., 43 years old, resident of the village of Barç, Korçë, suspected of the criminal offense "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" (allegedly having sexual relations with a 16-year-old minor citizen)
Procedural actions with the minor were carried out in the presence of the psychologist, the parent and the legal representative.
At the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations are continuing for the complete documentation of this case and for the capture of the suspected author ", said the police.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
