"It was a momentary conflict, I didn't want to kill him." This is the first testimony that Andi Vokri, 28, has given to the investigative group, after the murder of Petrit Ndoun with strong weapons.
The serious incident occurred on the Mamurras-Fushë Krujë axis, near the Bushnesh village overpass. It all started as an argument between the drivers of the two vehicles, driven by the victim, Petrit Ndou, and the suspected perpetrator, Vokri.
The perpetrator of the crime has been arrested by the police, while according to News24 journalist Xhensila Kodra, the fight started due to the scratching of the perpetrator's and the victim's vehicles.
Initially, there was a verbal conflict between them, with swearing and insults. The perpetrator then hit the victim several times in the head and body with a hammer, which he had in his car.
"I didn't want to kill him, it was a momentary conflict and the situation got out of my control," the 28-year-old stated.
