Another fatal accident occurred this afternoon in Cape Rodonit. It is learned that a foreign tourist, about 45 years old, lost his life as a result of an accident while traveling on a motorcycle. Meanwhile, it is reported that the victim was middle-aged, about 45 years old.
This is the third fatal accident recorded in the country today. Earlier, on the Shkodra-Koplik axis, one person lost his life and three others were injured as a result of a collision.
Meanwhile, another tragic event was recorded in Durrës. At around 14:20, in neighborhood no. 15, in the Kënetë area, a vehicle hit three children around 10 years old. As a result of the injuries sustained, two of them died at the scene, while the other minor was urgently transported to Tirana for medical assistance.
The driver of the vehicle, 57-year-old Nikoll Radaçi, a resident of the area, was arrested by police and found to be intoxicated. He was speeding when the vehicle swerved and crossed onto the sidewalk where three children were playing.
