A 22-year-old man was arrested by the police in Tirana, after allegedly abusing a minor.
22-year-old Kevin Cungu is a well-known name to the police, as he was arrested in 2021 for attempted murder and was recently serving a sentence under 'house arrest'.
It is learned that he had been communicating with the 15-year-old girl for several months, whom he convinced to go to his apartment. There, the 15-year-old girl refused to have sex with Kevin Cungu, but the latter allegedly violated and then raped the minor girl.
Meanwhile, on September 11, 2020, Cungu wounded citizen Rexhep Xhekja with a firearm.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 4 arrested citizen Kevin Cungu, 22 years old, resident of Tirana, currently under personal security measure "House arrest", as it is suspected that in his apartment, he had sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl, against her will.
Kevin Cungu is a well-known name to the police, he was arrested in 2021 for "Attempted murder" and "Carrying weapons without a permit". He was recently released under house arrest.
We recall that on September 11, 2020, Cungu wounded citizen Rexhep Xhekja with a firearm. Meanwhile, regarding the incident, he had been communicating with the 15-year-old girl for several months.
