The Court of Korça has left in prison the 71-year-old Pëllumb Lamçe, who 3 days ago tried to sexually abuse the 9-year-old girl in Sheqeras i Maliqi.
The 71-year-old man appeared in front of the black squads around 11:00 a.m. to familiarize himself with the security measure.
It is learned that the prosecution requested the measure of arrest and imprisonment for the criminal offense of sexual relations with minors, which remained pending and the court accepted it.
During the questions from the prosecutor's office and the court, the 71-year-old showed problems in speaking, initially denied the accusations and then diverted the conversation to another angle (that of properties).
It is not known if this is a game of Lamçe or if the latter really has mental health problems, while even the most determined lawyer himself has asked for a milder measure.
