The lawyer from Tirana, Leonard Dingo, lost his life in an accident at 01:00 after midnight on August 21.
He was on vacation in Golem and on the night of the accident he was crossing the road, on the "Plepa-Kavajë" secondary axis, where he collided with a vehicle that was allegedly moving fast. The driver of the vehicle is 22-year-old Erjon Kacani, who, after hitting the lawyer to death, quickly left the scene. The young man from Tirana abandoned the vehicle in the village of Arapaj in Durrës and then left. He has not yet been arrested by the police.
