New details have emerged from the tragic accident that occurred in Durrës, where 57-year-old Nikoll Radaçi fatally hit two minors, seriously injured another child and left two adults slightly injured.
It is reported that immediately after the collision, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene, attempting to evade responsibility. He was caught just a few minutes later by a police patrol on a road near the area where the accident occurred.

This makes the situation even more serious, creating the belief that today's tragic accident was not unexpected, but an event that could have been prevented.
