Injured the neighbor after the noise disturbed him, the court of Durrës leaves Gentian Kuqi in prison

The Durrës Court has upheld the "Prison arrest" measure for 50-year-old Gentian Kuqi, who wounded his 50-year-old neighbor Mikel Spirollari with a weapon.

The event happened on January 25 in district no. 4 of the coastal city after a fight between them about the noises in the palace.

Gentian Kuqi left the scene for nearly 20 hours and after efforts with his family members and the police, he handed himself over to the police station.

After hearing the parties, the court assessed the arrest as legal and the assignment of the security measure "prison arrest" for Gentian Kuqi.

While the injured was taken to the hospital out of danger to his life.
