Geri Rizvani (Lika), 25 years old, was arrested by the police of Lezha, after an arsenal of weapons and a quantity of stolen jewelry were found in his apartment, while his father Zyhdi Lika was declared wanted.
Weapons, French license plates and sniper binoculars were found in their apartment.
The police seized 2 firearms, pistols and combat ammunition; 1 single shotgun (Berreta) and a quantity of shotgun cartridges; 1 pair of sniper rifle binoculars; a quantity of suspected stolen jewellery; 2 pairs of binoculars, 2 vehicles and 2 French license plates suspected stolen.
"Thanks to police intelligence, the coded operation "Gold and Guns" is completed.

Firearms, sniper binoculars, jewelry and other illegal items are seized.

In implementation of the measures defined in the nationwide operational plan "Rule of Law", the services of the Kurbin Police Station, based on police intelligence and after investigative work followed by special methods in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, organized and finalized with the support of the National Force of Security (Shkodër Unit), coded police operation "Gold and Guns".
As part of the operation, citizen GL, 25 years old, was arrested in the act, and his father, citizen ZL, 48 years old, was declared wanted.
The Police Services, during the inspection in the residence of these citizens, found and seized as material evidence:
2 firearms, pistols and combat ammunition;
1 single shotgun (Berreta) and a quantity of shotgun cartridges;
1 pair of sniper rifle binoculars;
A quantity of jewelery suspected to be stolen;
2 pairs of binoculars, 2 vehicles and 2 French license plates suspected stolen.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions", the police informs.
