The citizen Klodian Guraleci is from the village of Toplanë of the Temal unit of the municipality of Vau Dejës, while the police managed to identify him after reviewing the security cameras and the information obtained during the operation.
It is suspected that there was a previous conflict between these two citizens that led to this event, while the causes of this conflict between them are still unclear.
Immediately after the wounding of 30-year-old Ndue Preka around 10:30 p.m. on June 9 in the outskirts of Shkodra, the police arrived at the scene and started preliminary investigations, managing to discover the suspected perpetrator Klodian Guraleci.
Blue uniforms continue to work to find and capture the suspect while multiple control groups have been set up. Ndue Preka was walking in the "Mark Lula" neighborhood when it is suddenly suspected that the suspected perpetrator Guraleci approached him and shot several pistols at him.
One of the bullets hit the 30-year-old man in the leg, injuring his finger, while two other bullets hit a vehicle that was parked and no one was inside.
The injured was immediately taken to the regional hospital of Shkodra, while after a few hours he left the hospital, being out of danger for his life, and was accompanied to the police station to give his testimony about the incident.
In his testimony, Ndue Preka refused to say who the perpetrator is who shot him with a firearm, saying that he did not manage to recognize him. "I don't know who shot me. I couldn't identify him because it was dark and he sped away after injuring me.
I don't have any conflicts with other people, so I have no idea who could be the person who injured me.
I have had no problems or threats before, so I have no idea why they shot me", 30-year-old Ndue Preka is said to have said after being injured.
The police of Shkodra continue the work to capture the suspected perpetrator Klodian Guraleci and to fully clarify the injury of 30-year-old Ndue Preka, who is already a well-known person on social networks, after some time ago a video mentioned his name by two girls who are in conflict where one accuses the other of having an intimate relationship with the 30-year-old, a video which immediately became viral on the Internet, receiving many clicks.
