A conflict between brothers was recorded today in Lushnje, where 77-year-old Nazis Musaj injured his brother with a firearm, while the latter hit his brother with an axe.
The 77-year-old has testified to the police that the conflict between them over a property has been going on for some time and he has informed the local police about this.
As for the moment of the fight, the 77-year-old says that his younger brother hit him several times, knocking him down, so he was forced to take out his gun and shoot him. According to the testimony, he wanted to kill himself, but he saw that his brother was alive and did not do so.
"The younger brother hit me several times, putting me down. Finding myself in these conditions, I took out my pistol and shot him. I had been having problems with him for a long time, I had also informed the local police. After I shot him with a pistol, I wanted to kill myself, but I saw that he did not die and I did not do this," said the 77-year-old.
