Lezha Police have arrested after 24 hours the suspected perpetrator of the injury that occurred yesterday evening in Lezha.
Police have arrested 23-year-old Ledjon Ndoj, who injured 29-year-old Egzon Gegaj with a firearm. The young man has been locked up in the detention cells of the Lezha Police Station, awaiting further investigations by the Prosecutor's Office and security measures in the Court.
After the fight at the entrance to the city, the 23-year-old shot Egzon Gegaj 3 times, causing a wound in the chest and one in the shoulder.
Initially, the 29-year-old was taken injured to the Lezha hospital by a citizen, but was then urgently taken to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana due to his serious condition.
