They planned to kill the opponent, investigations reveal the plans as
Armandi Nelaj- Eridon Muho

Erdion Muho, the person arrested by Saranda police for the charge of attempted destruction with explosives in June 2024 of the "Felix" ship, will continue to remain in prison.

The decision was taken a few days ago by the Tirana Court of Appeal, which, during the review of Muho's request, for the relaxation of the security measure and his removal from the cell, decided not to consider the arguments raised by Muho's lawyers.

This is also because the prosecution has claimed that during the investigations carried out for this case, other data have emerged showing that the destruction of the ship owned by Andrea Qirjakos in Saranda was planned and attempted to be carried out at the beginning of June 2024. , in the premises of the Port of Piraeus in Athens.

We recall that in March 2024 the ship was purchased on the island of Crete and sailed to the port of Piraeus in Athens, entering one of the construction sites with the aim of carrying out repairs on land.

Such a criminal plan wanted to be implemented by Qirjako's rival businessman, Armand Nelaj, who asked a worker in the port of Piraeus to burn the ship. And in return for this work, Nelaj would give him 30 thousand euros as a financial reward.

But such a thing was not done by the worker, who informed the owner of the "Feniks" ship, Andrea Qirjako, about the criminal plan. After the failure to destroy the ship in the Port of Piraeus, Armand Nelaj decided to deal with this work himself, when the ship arrived at the port of Saranda at the end of June.

The investigation has proven that Armand Nelaj and his friend in business, Erdion Muho, on June 24 tried to destroy the ship "Felix" with an undetermined amount of tritol.

This action was supposed to be carried out around 22:00 in the evening, but as he was sailing with a small raft towards the target, the amount of tritol exploded, killing Armand Nelaj on the spot.

Computer expertise revealed that the cause of the tritol explosion was the arrival of a text message "Welcome to Grecee" on the phone.

After this event, almost a month later, the police discovered as Armand Nelaj's accomplice, his friend, Erdion Muho.

The owner of the "Felix" ship was also questioned by the police for this incident, who has shown that in March 2024 he bought a boat on the island of Crete in Greece and then took it to the Piraeus area for repairs. , Athens, at the "Halqiti" construction site.

After the ship had started to be repaired and was on land, he was contacted by phone from Athens, saying that Armand Nelaj had promised the person that he would give him 3 thousand euros to burn his ship in Athens, which in at that time, the land was still in turmoil.

According to Andrea Qirjakos, this incident did not happen because the person who had notified him and was going to be paid by Nelaj, knew them and warned them to be careful that something bad would happen to the means of navigation./Ora News
