The hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case continued at the Special Court (GJKKO), where the former deputy director of the Elbasan Police, Krenar Guçe, faced more questions from the defense.
During the hearing, lawyer Elda Zotaj asked him if he had provided information about Erjon Alibej or other persons involved in the case, an accusation that Guçe categorically denied, emphasizing that he had no connection or communication with them and that he had always acted as an "honest police officer."
Meanwhile, in response to lawyer Përparim Kulluri's question about the use of the TIMS system, Guçe stated that he has logged in "many times."

Guçe: I reject any allusive questions. I am an honest police officer. I have never had to deal with insinuations. For the time you are asking, I have been on bed rest and when they ask who I gave information to, I reject these questions.
Elda Zotaj: You admitted that you asked Alibej, did you tell him any information about criminal events in Elbasan?
Guçe: I have answered you honestly.
Lawyer Përparim Kulluri: You told your colleague that you looked into TIMS and that's where you met Hajdar Bako. How many times have you logged into TIMS?
Guçe: Many times.

Guçe: Never.
Lawyer Qani Hasa: You said that the investigative actions led to the unraveling of the murder of Bujar Çela. Were you made aware of other perpetrators?
Guçe: Naturally, we were made aware of it because the cameras showed it. But we did not have anyone identified with scientific evidence like Nuredin Dumani.
Lawyer Qani Hasa: Did the prosecution take other actions at that time?
Guçe: You have them in your file, I don't remember.

Guçe: I submitted the results to the referee.
