A 30-year-old man was arrested by the police, as he was building without a permit in a protected area. Asar Basha was arrested by the police and 2 vehicles used for transporting inerts were seized.
The 30-year-old is suspected of building these four wooden houses without the relevant permit on a concreted platform, with the aim of adding facilities for the accommodation of tourists visiting this area.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
