The police of Vlora have executed 12 "arrest with prison" security measures for members of a criminal group that sold narcotics. The group operated mainly in Saranda and Delvina, selling cocaine and cannabis in divided doses.
The arrested citizens are: Mili Hamzaj and Evinio Hamzaj, (brothers), Fatjon Abazi, and Osmën Abazi, (brothers), Xhuljan Meçani and Stelio Meçani, (brothers), Eduart Taka, Juxhin Isufi, Drago Qëndro, Enver Haxhi and Mina Daddy. Also, during the operation, citizen Algert Caushi was also arrested in the act. Meanwhile, 49-year-old Pajanot Bala from Delvia has been announced as wanted.
During the operation, the police seized: 120 doses of cocaine, doses of cannabis, 18 mobile devices, 1 tablet, 4 vehicles, 2 motorbikes, 2 radios like those of the Police, 2 metal sticks, 2 electronic scales and a sum of money suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, specifically: 40,000 euros, 2,980 dollars, 260 pounds and 1,940 000 ALL.
The police and the investigative group are carrying out all actions in order to clarify and fully document this event.
