Journalist Artan Hoxha has revealed new details about the arrest of the former mayor of the Municipality of Bërxulla, Ymer Marku, who allegedly helped in the alienation of a 7500 square meter land, which was then sold to the nephew of the former deputy, Sadri Abazi .
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that SPAK leaders have confirmed that they did not conduct investigations mainly, but based on the reports that came to them.
" He was a candidate in Vorë in the partial elections, for the PD of Basha. Ymer Marku was the mayor of the municipality in Bërxulla, when Albania had other administrative divisions, when there were municipalities and municipalities. Do you have in mind these municipalities that were around Tirana and they made a big mess? The Bëxulla area is important, both as an industrial area and as an area close to the airport.

It is about 7,500 square meters of land, of the arable type. This land belonged to Vora Municipality. They made the documentation, they put it on the map, they privatized it as land that belonged to the Bërxulle municipality.
This land has followed this procedure, because later it was bought for a price of 100 million old lek, by Alko Impex Construction, whose administrator is the grandson of the former deputy, Sadri Abazi, an important deputy of the SP, because he collected votes. So a right-wing mayor, who has tried to get the land from the grandson of a left-wing deputy ", said Hoxha.
