SPAK closed the investigations against the members of the "Metamorfoza" file identified by conversations in the SKY application as they order or fail to eliminate opponents. The accusations have been communicated to Behar Bajri and Pëllumb Gjoka.
Accusations have also been communicated for the former operational chief, Oltion Bistri, as well as for the former police official Ardit Hasanbegaj.
For Bistri, the charge was changed from "abuse of duty" to "corruption", while Hasanbegaj is suspected of helping Bajrat during their plans to kill Ibrahim Lici and Dorjan Duli.
For the persons who, after the Metamorphosis operation, are still being sought, SPAK has separated the investigation.
Meanwhile, for the former prosecutor of Shkodra, Xhevahir Lita, SPAK removed the charge of the criminal group. The former justice official will face the court on charges of corruption and disclosure of investigative secrets.
The investigations of Metamorfoza culminated after the forwarding of the letter by the French authorities, from where it resulted in dozens of conversations about how Bajri communicated with Ervis Martini about the murder of Gjon Boriçi in Martini's interest. On the other hand, the conversations show that the latter guaranteed that he would eliminate Kleanth Musabelliu in the interest of Pëllumb Gjoka. The conversations and evidence gathered from the investigation show that Astmer Bilali and other associates tried and provided conditions to kill Dorjan Duli, Ibrahim Lici and Genc Tafili, assassination attempts that failed. /Top channel
