The police have arrested 20-year-old Xhoni Sollaku, a resident of Bulqiza, who helped the perpetrator Fadil Tërnova to leave the scene after he fired a gun at a parked vehicle. The incident happened yesterday on the Bulqizë-Fushë Bulqizë road.
In the meantime, the police have announced the perpetrator and are continuing the work to catch him.
Tërnava is a person known to the state police, as he was also arrested in 2020 for serious crimes.

Following the actions, the arrest was made of the citizen Xhoni Sollaku, 20 years old, a resident of Bulqiza, who helped the perpetrator Fadil Ternova to leave the scene.
In the meantime, intensive work continues to catch the suspected perpetrator," the police announced.
Who is Fadil Ternova?
He is considered one of the strongmen of Bulqiza, since the murder that happened in 2009, where Tërnova himself was involved. The latter had an old conflict with the Shehu family, one of whose sons was known as a powerful chrome businessman in the area.
Thus, in 2009, the Shehu brothers tried to kill Fadil Tërnova, but from this fight, Shefqet Shehu was killed and Fadil Tërnova was seriously injured. The latter in 2017 fell victim to an assassination attempt where he escaped unharmed by the bullets.
He knew that the person who attacked him with a firearm was the youngest son of the Shehu family, and four days after the assassination, he appeared in front of him and threatened him. After that, Teënova was declared wanted and from the escape he declared that he would not surrender, as he had no faith in Albanian justice.
Criminal offenses that aggravate Ternova:
"Stalking", "Intimidation", "Disobedience to the order of the public order officer" and "Destruction of property". "Unlawful deprivation of liberty", "Threats not to report the crime", "Carrying weapons without a permit", and "Compulsion to hand over property".
For these criminal offences, the Court of First Instance of Dibër has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison". Citizen Fadil Tërnova is a person with significant criminal risk. Convicted for the murder of the citizen Sh. Sh., in 2013, in the city of Bulqiza, arrested and previously convicted for the criminal offense of "Carrying a weapon without a permit", as well as prosecuted several times for various criminal offenses against the person such as "Stalking", "Intimidation", " Disobedience to the order of the public order officer'' and "Destruction of property".
