Today, SPAK filed a claim against Leart Haxhiu, accused of the "massacre" of Lushnja in 2017, for which he is demanding life imprisonment.
Haxhiu, otherwise known as "the rival of Aldo Bare, the former leader of the Lushnja gang, is accused of the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha as well as the wounding of Marjus Xhepexhiu and Bujar Turku in Lushnja in 2017, while Xjulio Shkurti was the target. the grandson of the former leader of the Lushnja gang, Aldo Bare.
From the complete SPAK file, the testimonies of some of the witnesses who were at the scene at the time of the massacre are evidenced.
One of them was Marjus Xhepexhiut, who was injured, as well as the brothers of Anterio Kaloshi, sentenced to life together for this event, and Orgest Bilbilin.
Excerpts from the file:
* Witness Maksim Xhepexhiu (Marjusi's father): On the day of the incident, he was about 10-15 m away from the scene, at his bar, in the "Loni Dhamo" Quarter, the palm tree promenade in Lushjne. he was buying a package nearby. He saw a car, a gray Benz, where there were about 3 people. The persons were all wearing masks, but it is not possible to determine if all three were armed, it was a matter of 1 minute, they got out of the car, immediately shot and then got back into the car. After they left, the witness went to pick up the boy who was lying down. Besides his son, two others were also lying. He did not see the others, he took his exit to take him to the hospital.
The boy was hit in the leg and arm. He knows the citizen Bujar Turku as his first cousin. That day he saw Bujar, he met him there before the incident happened, he was on a bicycle, the witness also saw him where the incident happened, but he fled from there when it happened. Later he learned at the hospital that Bujari was also injured.
His son happened to be in front of the bar and had no conflict with the perpetrators. He does not know Laert Haxhiu, he knows his father, he has a very good relationship with him, not only with him, but he has no conflicts with anyone.
At the time of the event, Marius was the owner of the bar, he had his own business. He was in his bar, he is the owner. Citizens Jurgen Hoxha, Zamir Latifi, Sajmo Xheliu, Kristjan Shkurti, Xuljo Shkurti, he knows them.

*From the statements of the citizen Marjus Xhepexhiu: He stated that on the day of the incident he went to his bar in the city of Lushnja. He was at the corner of the sidewalk of his bar, with citizens Zamir Latifi, Jurgen Hoxha. Marjusi was with his back to the main street, while his two friends were facing him and the Boulevard. They had about 15 minutes on the sidewalk, as they stayed there every day. A little ahead were also Djulio Skurti, Sajmo Xheliu, Denis Lipe. Julio went to get a haircut at the barber, Denis Lipe entered the bar to drink water, while the citizen Sajmo Xheliu was walking on the sidewalk and was about 10 m away from them.
At this time, shots started sporadically and then in bursts. Initially, the declarant remembered that they were capsules, but when he turned his head from the stairs of the second floor bar, he saw citizen Sajmo Xheliu running away in the direction of the power station. He felt pain in his right shoulder and fell to the ground, running away, dragging a car that was parked in front of his bar. Even at this time, he still heard gunshots with volleys.
Meanwhile, he saw from under the car that his friends were being shot at. He saw the legs of a person from his position who was shooting a gun at his friends. There may have been other people as there were two or three gunshots fired in their direction. After that, the crises stopped. Immediately after the crackling stopped, he heard a vehicle speeding off, giving him gas, from the sound of which he was able to understand that he could be about 10 m away from where he was.
He got up as he was wounded and went back to the sidewalk where he was at the beginning, where he saw his friends lying. Maksim and Adem Xhepexhiu came there and transported him to the hospital. Because of his position, he did not know any of the perpetrators and is not aware if his friends had any conflicts.
*Witness Arjol Kaloshi; The brother of the separately prosecuted co-defendant, Anterio Kaloshi. He testified that he lived with his parents and Mikel, while Anterio did not live with them. He could not remember his phone numbers, his brothers' and his parents' numbers. On the day of the event, he went out for coffee as usual and as far as he remembers, he communicated on the phone with his brother Mikel. He doesn't remember the last time he met Anterio. On the day of the event, he did not see Anterio Kaloshi, but he met Mikel after the event, they met at home. He testified that Anterio and Gestin or Orgest were in school together, parallel, at the age of 9.
In accordance with Article 362/1 of the Penal Code, the partial objection of the witness Arjol Kaloshi's testimony was proceeded with regarding the fact that he did not remember the phone numbers which he stated during the preliminary investigations in the minutes.

*Nga Procesverbal për marrjen e të dhënave nga personi që ka dijeni për veprën penale datë 02.02.2018 e shtetasit Julian Xhindoli alias Julian Zeneli, administruar në proces në kuadër të leximeve të lejueshme, rezulton se;
*Në deklarimin e tij shtetasi Julian Xhindoli (Zeneli) sqaron se njihet me të pandehurit Laert Haxhiu, Orgest Bilbili dhe Anterio Kaloshi. Me Laert Haxhiun janë parë për herë të fundit përpara se të ndodhte ngjarja e parë ku ka qëlluar në drejtim të Xhulio Shkurtit, Orgest Bilbilin e ka parë para rreth 5-6 vjetësh kurse Anterio kishte rreth 6 vjet që nuk e kishte takuar. Ka sqaruar se në momentin kur ka ndodhur ngjarja në datën ka qenë te njw kafe lloto pranë gjimanzit ‘’18 Tetor’’ i vetëm.
Gjatë kohës që ndodhej në lokal ka dëgjuar krismat e armëve ku më pas ka dalë nga lokali ai dhe personat e tjerë që ishin aty. Në këtë kohë ka parë ambulancën dhe lëvizjet e mjeteve të policisë i ka telefonuar vëllait të tij Klaudio Zeneli të cilin e pyeti nëse ishte mirë.

He declares that at that moment they left the premises of the bar where he was, Ini and Claudio got into the Reno car and left for Durrës.
*The statements of this citizen are not reliable and do not match the other evidence administered during the trial.
From the decision of the Vlora Court of Appeal, it appears that the defendants Orgest Bilbili and Laert Haxhiu have raised the alibi that at the time of the incident they were at the RC citizen's bar. in the company of citizens Julian Zeneli, EB, O.Ll., RC etc. Even from the wiretapping carried out in the framework of this proceeding, it has emerged that the defendant Orgest Bilbili has communicated with the citizen Julian Zeneli, whom Bilbili asks to find a small zastava pistol.
These data clearly indicate a close and early social relationship between the defendants Orgest Bilbili and Julian Zeneli, which best explains the reason for giving his testimony in favor of the Bilbili defendants, etc./ TCH
