A violent fight broke out between a son-in-law and his father-in-law in Malësia e Madhe. It is learned that the father-in-law, together with his two sons, raped the 41-year-old son-in-law.
As a result of the violence, the 41-year-old suffered injuries to his head and body.
The 64-year-old man and his two sons, 30 and 33 years old, have been arrested by police on charges of domestic violence.
According to information, it is suspected that the fight started for weak motives.
"Immediately after the notification of a family conflict in the village of Flaka, the services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat immediately went to clarify the circumstances and identify those responsible.
As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions:
Citizens Xh. Ç., 64 years old, A. Ç., 30 years old and S. Ç., 33 years old, all three residents of the village of Koplik i Sipërm, were arrested for the criminal offense of "Domestic Violence", as it is suspected that, for weak motives, they physically and psychologically raped citizen AU, 41 years old, causing injuries to his head and body.
"The procedural materials were referred to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
