Eight people have been put in handcuffs for the violent fight that happened in Saranda. According to information, the preliminary investigations were closed a little while ago, arresting 8 people, while two others were declared wanted.
In the meantime, the proceedings have been decided in a free state for 2 other people involved in the event, who, due to their role in the dynamics of the incident, have been released. Police officers are among those arrested.
At the center of the event were the brothers Kidi, Redi and Alvaro Sulejmani, residents of Saranda and all three police officers, as well as the brothers Enea and Albi Nexhipi, residents of the village of Gjashte.
According to the sources, Enea and Albi Nexhipi were slightly injured by blows with hard objects, while signs of the use of firearms were found at the scene.
The vehicles that were there were damaged by bullets, and several shells were found near them. The event involved more than 10 people, escalating the situation.
The two police officers involved are one part of the Border Police Station in Saranda and the other of the Himara Station.
According to the testimonies, 10 people went to beat the two brothers Abinon and Enea Nexhipi who were renting cars. According to the testimony, the fight started after a police officer, Alvaro Sulejmani, had rented the car but had not paid the money.
Currently, the police, in cooperation with the Police Supervision Agency (AMP), are continuing investigations and checks to identify and accompany all the persons involved in this incident.

The citizens of EN and AN were prosecuted at large for the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property" and "Intentional light injury".
They are wanted for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property", "Intentional slight injury", "Intimidation", "Resisting a public order police officer", citizens ID and B. Ç.
As material evidence, 3 pistols, 4 vehicles and 7 mobile devices were seized.
