This is the moment when 39-year-old Fation Janina, the author of the murder of his 82-year-old neighbor, Paulin Gila, entered the building where he lived in district 16 in Durrës and only a few minutes later he committed the serious event.
This video provided by TV Klan was recorded by a camera in the area, which helped the investigators in unraveling the macabre murder that the 39-year-old, now arrested, committed on the evening of December 30.
The 82-year-old man was beaten to death with hard objects and then stabbed with a knife by Fation Janina, which is believed to have been recorded around 8:00 p.m.
Through the security cameras, the police discovered that the perpetrator was the only person who entered the building before the incident and left a few hours after he committed it.
Under these conditions, the investigators verified which of the neighbors of the victim, Paulin Gila, could be behind this crime, based on the data obtained during the operation.
After his arrest, the 39-year-old himself confessed to the serious crime, saying that the reason was a debt of 20,000 lek that the victim owed him.
Author Fation Janina lived alone for a long time and was known in the area as a person who consumed alcohol. The victim, Paulin Gila, father of 3 sons, who have been immigrating to Italy for a long time, also lived alone.
