Hysen Meta, the 25-year-old son who is accused of killing his father, has given his testimony.
The serious crime took place on February 10, around 3:00 p.m., but the police started investigations three days later, after the son's own complaint about his father's disappearance.
It is learned that Hyseni said in his testimony that he cooperated with his sister in the crime.
He tells that the father had become impatient in the family, and he again stands by the reason that he wanted to betroth the girl under compulsion.
"We made the plan to kill my father together with my sister because he had become impatient in the family. Everything in the family had to be decided by him and done as he said. It was impossible to contradict him. The last one was the decision to betroth the sister to a person we had no idea who was against her wishes.
Under these conditions, we decided to kill him and eliminate his traces. We decided to kill him with his pistol. So in the morning we made the plan to kill him.
In the afternoon, the father was lying on the couch and resting. My sister was also in the room with me. I told my father to get up. He was taken to his feet and then I shot him 4 times with a pistol," the 25-year-old testified.
To hide and bury the father's body in the hut where it was found, they also got the help of the younger brother, 21 years old.
"Then we dealt with the disappearance of traces. We stripped it and wrapped it with plasmas. We transported him to the hut and buried him there.
Later we left the car. We went with two cars to the Youth sector. Me with my father's car, and my brother with another car that we took from a friend of ours, to whom we told him that we needed his car for an hour. We left my father's car there and returned with my friend's car driven by my brother.
Then, on the 13th, I went to the police and reported my father leaving the house", according to the son's testimony.
The serious crime took place on February 10, while the police started investigations after the 25-year-old himself reported the disappearance of his father.
Hyseni and her 19-year-old sister are accused of murder due to family relations, while Amarildo Meta is accused of helping to hide the body by burying it in the hut.
From the details that the police have discovered, the premeditated crime took place inside a room of the house and then they transported the dead body of their father, burying it next to a shed in the yard.
A shell of the firearm with which the crime was committed was also found in the apartment.
The victim's body was found on February 22, buried inside the apartment.
In custody are 25-year-old Hysen Meta, 19-year-old Hygerta Meta, both children of the victim who were co-authors in this serious crime.
The other son, Amarildo Meta, 22 years old, who helped with the actions, was also arrested, while the mother of the children, Blerina Meta, is being investigated for the criminal offense of actions that hinder the truth.
