The well-known lawyer Eni Çobani spoke this Friday about the serious crime that happened in Durrës, where 3 children collaborated in the murder of their father.
Shocked by the case, Çobani says that the fact that 3 children of relatively young ages come together to kill the person who gave birth to them is borderline macabre.

The thing that has shocked the whole society, we have not seen such cooperation within the family to eliminate the head of the family. The age of boys and girls is very serious. This has been the greatest friend. I don't know the real motive, I don't know if it was the only one, but whatever it was, we can't go to such drastic solutions. How can such young ages, go to this point? News of this nature is shocking, we cannot accept that we have such young people. What is the courage of one of the sons to report the disappearance of the father, while he was the author of the murder. I don't want to speak with definitive vocabulary, because it will take time for the complete truth. I am surprised by the fact that the girl, who takes responsibility for the murder of her father with a revolver, now comes the son who committed the crime. An extraordinary macabre of a relatively young age, how can they be involved in such a gruesome murder?” Çobani told Klan News.
According to the lawyer, an in-depth analysis of this type of crime is needed since it is a conflict that has lasted for years.
"It leaves me speechless, we need a series of analyses. Only the legal analysis is not enough, a psychological screening of all people must be done. They are going through difficult times in their self-growth, so where are we going? These aggressive, conflicting children, not only within the family, but also in society. The culmination then to this event means that big questions must be raised, we cannot point the finger at an institution, each of us has a responsibility to spread our word as much as possible. Our example. I'm really shocked, really. Condolences to the family, relatives of the gentleman. He is an incredible friend. One of the tracks could be an engagement, it's not new things for us. These are things that usually happen in Albanian families, where the father or mother still conditions the child. But this cannot bring about the cooperation of the 3 children to kill the father. We are talking here about a conflict in time, it cannot be instantaneous. This truth must come from the family, from the master's wife.
Çobani says that it is shocking that in addition to the execution of the 50-year-old, there was a scenario for hiding the body.
"We don't only have murders, the father has disappeared, buried and kept secret. So you understand how far the macabreness has gone. Look what coolness! They are not simple children, they have internal, unexpressed problems that at some point exploded in this form. How is it possible that these children did the act without their mother's knowledge?! They ate and drank for 10 days in a row, and when other people caught wind of this, they filed a complaint. It is a terrible pathology. It really should be taken seriously, they should be put in front of a psychologist. What state of mind are these children in? ", said the lawyer.
