The five Englishmen who are known as the group of observers in the murder of Ardian Nikulaj and an Albanian suspected of ordering the murder have appeared before the Extradition Court in the British capital.
It is learned that Thomas Mithan, Steven Hunt, Harriet Bridgeman, Harry Simpson together with the Albanian Edmond Haxhia, together with their lawyers, were involved in a preparatory session for the start of the sessions where the request of the Albanian state will be examined.
According to the court documents seen by Top Channel, the start of the first extradition review session is set for March 21, 2024.
Several court hearings are anticipated in the presentation of evidence brought by the Ministry of Justice in Albania, as well as the disclosure of defense claims.
It is awaited with interest what the defense will mean in front of a bunch of footage from security cameras administered as evidence by the police and the Prosecutor's Office of Lezha.

The representative of Albania in this process is expected to start the presentation of the request with these film footage and explain the role of those requested by Albania to be extradited.
Thomas Mithan, Steven Hunt, Edmond Haxhia will remain in custody while Harriet Bridgeman is free on bail.
For the murder of Ardian Nikulaj in April of last year, from Morocco after intensive talks by the Directorate of Foreign Relations in the State Police, in December 2023 the behavior of Ruben Saraiva, suspected as the executor, was carried out.
