
The five Englishmen who are known as the group of observers in the murder of Ardian Nikulaj and an Albanian suspected of ordering the murder have appeared before the Extradition Court in the British capital.
It is learned that Thomas Mithan, Steven Hunt, Harriet Bridgeman, Harry Simpson together with the Albanian Edmond Haxhia, together with their lawyers, were involved in a preparatory session for the start of the sessions where the request of the Albanian state will be examined.
According to the court documents seen by Top Channel, the start of the first extradition review session is set for March 21, 2024.
Several court hearings are anticipated in the presentation of evidence brought by the Ministry of Justice in Albania, as well as the disclosure of defense claims.
