The brothers Viktor and Ndok Marku and their cousin Lekë Marku were arrested today by the Shkodra police.

Immediately, the Police services went to the scene and thanks to quick professional actions, they made it possible to identify, capture and escort to the police station three citizens, as suspected perpetrators.
Following the investigative actions, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes at the Shkodër Police Station arrested the accompanying citizens, suspected of being the perpetrators of the event, specifically the citizens:
VM, 38 years old, a person with a criminal record in the field of crimes against the person and brothers NM, 48 years old and LM, 35 years old, all three residents of Shkodër.
From the investigations carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, it is suspected that these citizens, in a drunken state, fired firearms in the air.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
