The arrest for the murder of Hekuran Billa
40-year-old Hekuran Billa, with a criminal record, was executed on the evening of June 11, 2020 with a fire extinguisher with a silencer.

On June 18, 26-year-old Sebastiano Mali was also arrested, suspected by the police as an accomplice in the murder of the 40-year-old. Sebastiano Mali is the nephew of Prince Mark, executed in England.

The video shows the moment when at 9:43:30 p.m. on the evening of June 11, at the intersection of the road leading to the Kristal shopping center in the Commune of Paris, a car stops on the white lines. About 17 seconds after stopping, a white BMW X6 with English steering wheel and license plate 'SS777 OHO' driven by Hekuran Billa enters the intersection leading to the mall. At this very moment, after Billa entered, Mali is accused of alerting the assassins about the movements, who a few meters away at 9:45 p.m. shot him with a silencer, executing him on the spot. But Mali's task did not end there.
Sebastian Mali, after signaling the assassins, left quickly in the direction of Peza to complete the second part of the plan. The 22-year-old is believed to be the person who took the assassins from Peza, where they burned the car they used to commit the crime, a Benz with trunk. Cellphones, security cameras, but also contradictory evidence led the police to arrest the young man, who is accused of being part of the murder group to take revenge for the uncle's murder.
While three days later, Viktor Marku was arrested by the Montenegrin police at the Hani i Hoti border crossing point.

But both denied involvement in the incident. In his testimony before the police, Sebastiano Mali stated that he had been living in the area of the former Partizani club in Tirana for months and that he had rented a "BMW" X6 vehicle to move around.
When asked about his movements on the night of the crime in the area where Billa was killed, Sebastiano Mali did not admit that he tracked the victim but that he was in the area for fun.
Dismissal of the case by the Tirana Court for the uncle and nephew
On March 17, 2022, the Court of Tirana dismissed the case for the two suspects of Hekuran Billa's murder. For the two people, Viktor Markun and Sebastian Markun, namely uncle and nephew, the security measure was canceled.
Also, accusations were also made against Adjola Lakra, who was suspected of being used as bait to ambush Billa.
Uncle and nephew were accused of organizing and killing Hekuran Billa, for revenge, because Billa was convicted for the murder of their relative Prel Marku in England. They stayed more than a year in detention cells, then due to overstaying they were sent to house arrest.
The investigation shows that no evidence was found implicating them in Billa's murder.
