Just a few days after he was released with the help of the prosecutor Xhevahir Lita and judge Sokol Shehu, from detention facilities No. 313 in Tirana, Behar Bajri wasted no time but got to work to find the location of his two opponents, Dorian Duli and Ibrahim Lici.
Two names of the underworld that Behar Bajri and every other member of his criminal group are terribly afraid of. Accurate in the use of weapons and surprising as lightning, Duli and Ibrahim Lici had become a nightmare for Behar Bajri and Pëllumb Gjoka.
To remove these two people from circulation once and for all, the only option was to kill them. But for finding and locating Duli and Lic, it was a challenge in itself, an impossible mission for Behar, Astmer Bilal, Pëllumb Gjoka and other members of the group.
But among the many pieces of information that the group collected and then took to Behar Bajri, the latter still had nothing confirmed correctly or, on the contrary, had the location information many hours late, making it impossible to catch and hit in surprise.
The only case where the group had accurate information was the location of Ibrahim Lici, Dorian Duli and Genc Tafilaj in the burial of Indri Rraja in Fushë-Kruje, but they did not dare to strike as they were armored and armed.
Amidst the whirlwind of many variants that were on the table of the criminal group, the most extreme solution to locate Ibrahim Lici in real time is given by businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, who in July 2020 suggests Behar Bajri to contact two crime investigation officers in Shkodër, Arben Marku and Pëllumb Shpati.
"Ora News" has learned that during this period, Ibrahim Lici was wanted and pursued by the State Police as a suspected perpetrator of the murder of Astri and Brahim Bilal, charges which were later dropped by the city's prosecutor's office.
This case was followed in 2020 by two crime officers in Shkodër, Arben Marku and Pëllumb Shpati. After the latter, in January 2023, he placed a significant amount of tritol in his apartment in Shkodër, causing material damage. This criminal event remains unsolved.
In June 2020, Pëllumb Gjoka proposes to Behar Bajri to contact Pëllumb Shpati and Arben Marku, stating the following:
"...Arben Marku and Pëllumb Shpati, have intercepted some materials. The deputy director is aware... that I was told that Ibrahimi is in Rrjoll....
On the other hand, Behari answers: "...brother, when we meet we will talk closely...".
Pëllumbi has received the information that Ibrahim Lici is in the village of Rrjoll in Shkodra, but they do not know what apartment or hotel he is staying in.
A few days after this conversation, the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka and the strongman of "Shkodra" Behar Bajri, talk together where the pigeon says the following: "...don't forget Arben Mark and Pëllumb Shpatin...don't ignore the work of these policemen, let me know what the file is...".
While Behari replies: "...I love them dearly, these bastards, because I only have friends, yes... We'll stay, when I come over there...".
On January 13, 2023, in the "Dobraç" neighborhood of Shkodra, where the apartment of the crime chief of this city's police is located, a significant amount of tritol exploded causing numerous material damages. To this day, this event remains unsolved.
In his testimony given to the police, the police officer stated that he has no conflicts with anyone. Meanwhile, after the revelation of the conversations in the "Sky" application, the prosecutors' suspicions are that the attack with a tritol on the police officer may have been carried out precisely by the members of the "Bajri" group.
The reason for this whole situation is the possibility that the police officers have refused to support them.
